We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Diversify Advisor Network. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the revenue cycle, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee and process revenue transactions using multiple technology platforms, calculate semi-monthly and quarterly commission numbers, and field advisor questions related to commissions.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable process, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining good vendor relationships and contract documentation.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies across multiple entities.

You will work closely with our CFO and Controller to support accounting projects, financial reporting, month-end close, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an accounting-related field, preferably with a bachelor's degree in accounting.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a generous company match, access to a personal financial planner, and unique investment options.
