ABA Helps, LLC is a unique organization that combines the expertise of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience and a parent whose journey with ABA began when her youngest daughter was diagnosed with autism.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting various assessments and FBAs, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, providing supervision and training, and coordinating with schools and other providers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and oversee treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and provide ongoing support
  • Supervise and train Behavioral Therapists to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with schools, doctors, and other providers to ensure comprehensive treatment
Requirements
  • Board Certification (BCBA) required
  • LABA certification in Massachusetts

Schedule
