Key Responsibilities- Conduct research in regenerative hearing research, with a focus on developmental and stem cell biology
- Collaborate with faculty and researchers to advance our understanding of regenerative hearing research
- Develop and implement research projects, including study design, data collection, and analysis
- Present research findings at national and international conferences
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Doctorate (MD or PhD or both) with three (3) or more years experience in otolaryngology research
- Evidence of successful NIH or industry funding
- National or international prominence with proven abilities as principal investigator and mentor
- Demonstrated ability in research mentoring
- Computer competency comprised of a working knowledge of Windows and/or a comparable operating system that sufficiently provides for access to patient and other business information

Our compensation philosophy is based on a wide range of factors, including knowledge/skills, relevant experience and training, education/certifications/licensure, and other business and organizational factors.
Pay Range: $71,000 - $450,000
