About the Role:

  • Provide personal and nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
  • Participate in resident reports, facilitating open communication and collaboration among the care team.
  • Maintain a clean and pleasant environment, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our residents.
  • Facilitate activities and provide emotional support to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Assist in preparing residents for various activities and outings, helping to create lasting memories.
  • Ensure that all resident care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner, upholding the highest standards of quality and compassion.
  • Perform basic nursing care procedures as required, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care, promoting the overall well-being of our residents.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
Salary & Benefits:
