Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our BestChoice float pool, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include:

  • Providing individualized nursing care to patients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Assessing patient conditions and developing effective plans of care to address their needs.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Education and Experience

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with a degree in Nursing.
  • Two years of related clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the Emergency Department.
  • Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan with employer match.
