Salary & Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $104,524.26-$148,589.67, reflecting a 24-hour shift and an average of 48 hours per week. You'll also be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $15,000 with a 1-year commitment. Our benefits package includes comprehensive options, including health insurance, retirement plans, and more.

Job Description

As a Critical Care Transport Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to assess and provide care to critically ill or injured patients during inter-facility transportation. You'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure safe, clean, and well-stocked environments for patients and maintain regular equipment checks.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and determine the best course of action to support, monitor, and treat patients in critical care situations.
  • Provide care aligned within the Registered Nurse scope of practice as defined by the Board of Registered Nursing and per CCT standardized procedure.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to manage critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patients and support physicians' orders.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience or 5 years ED/CCT/Cardiac/Trauma RN experience
  • Current ACLS, PALS, BLS-C (or equivalent) provider status
  • PHTLS and NRP Provider Certification (obtainable within 6 months of hire)
