Clinical Leader for Complex Care Management

At AbsoluteCare, we're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional care to our most vulnerable members. This key role will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to a panel of members, while guiding and mentoring other clinicians on best practices in value-based care.

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care to a panel of members, leading your interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Cultivate and mentor fellow providers to deliver exceptional primary care, urgent care, and community care to their members, ensuring seamless coordination and effective leadership of their care teams.
- Collaborate closely with our Medical Director to provide clinical guidance to nurses, medical assistants, and other providers on complex cases, addressing questions and concerns as they arise.
- As a key member of our leadership team, drive market success by achieving quality, utilization, and engagement goals, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in clinical leadership, preferably in value-based care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on population health and wellness.
- A commitment to teamwork and collaboration, with experience leading interdisciplinary care teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and data.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
