Overview

Compensation
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $83,000 annually, based on national averages for a Registered Nurse II in South Carolina. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including state retirement, state medical benefits, and a generous sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 for experienced candidates.

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse II who can provide individualized, goal-directed patient care at the competent level. You will work under general supervision to deliver safe and effective care, interacting with other members of the healthcare team to achieve desired results. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and organized individual who can prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree preferred. You must also hold current licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state. Additionally, you should have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) recognized equivalent and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for most nursing areas within the hospital. You will also need to demonstrate physical and mental abilities to perform job functions, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others is essential for success in this role.

Requirements
This is a full-time position that requires working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
