About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Business Intelligence solutions to join our Data Strategy organization. As a key member of our team, you will design and deploy new capabilities to enable data processes and reporting. Your deep understanding of the Coca-Cola business, its data systems, and constraints will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our business teams and stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 - $135,000 per year, including a base salary and up to 15% performance-based annual bonus. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Job Description

In this role, you will develop and leverage a deep understanding of the Coca-Cola business, its data systems, and constraints. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy new capabilities to enable data processes and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or other comparable tools
  • Developing and maintaining large datasets, including financial, sales, supply chain, logistics data, etc.
  • Working with ETL tools, such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), to extract, transform, and load data
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Robust SQL skills, including building applications from scratch
  • Strong experience working with complex data sets, such as financial, sales, supply chain, logistics data, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools, preferably with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Strong experience developing PowerApps and other Microsoft Power Platform applications/solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Plus:
  • Experience as a data engineer or software developer
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment where you've owned the delivery of a product from start to finish
Location

This role is based in Atlanta, GA, with the option to work remotely two to three days per week. We prefer candidates who are willing to come into the office regularly and collaborate with the team.
