We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Grand Rapids, OH. As a leading provider of essential rehabilitation and medical services, we are committed to delivering top-tier health services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician.
  • Aid in the development of adaptive skills and performance capacities by individuals of all ages who have physical disabilities and related psychological or cognitive impairment.
  • Maximize independence and prevent further disability, as well as maintain health.
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services.
  • Ensure that occupational therapy services are provided in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure by the State Board of Occupational Therapy in the state in which practicing.
  • Ability to work in a supportive, patient-centered work environment.
