Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist for School Services

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting in Juneau, Alaska. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team.

Job Details:
  • Location: Juneau, Alaska
  • Job Type: Local Contract
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Hours: 36 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, days
Responsibilities:
  • Assess and screen students to identify communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student learning
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent experience
  • Alaska SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • ASHA Certification
