Senior IT Audit Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Audit Manager to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for leading complex and strategic IT audit projects that impact the organization as a whole.
About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple business platforms, business processes, geographies, and legal entities. You will execute on the annual Audit Plan for CNB Infrastructure & Service Management audit universe, ensuring that audits conform to local and global regulatory and internal audit requirements.
You will supervise and implement the execution of the audit plan and ensure effective audit practices for traditional and continuous audits. Collaborate with broader Global RBC and CUSO IT teams and departments to achieve the plan (where needed).
Making recommendations to clients on control deficiencies and follows up to ensure significant deficiencies are corrected. Assist business management to develop appropriate action plans to address identified deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner to effectively address the issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on the annual Audit Plan for CNB Infrastructure & Service Management audit universe
- Supervise and implement the execution of the audit plan and ensure effective audit practices
- Make recommendations to clients on control deficiencies
- Assist business management to develop appropriate action plans to address identified deficiencies
- Plan and execute complex and confidential/special audit projects enterprise wide
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years banking / audit experience within Information Technology, with IT service management and IT risk management audit experience
- Minimum 5 years of business experience in a financial institution or technology company, dealing with multiple business platforms, business processes, geographies, and legal entities
- Minimum 5 years of Audit experience (strategic planning through reporting) in a senior leadership role
- CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor
- CISM - Certified Information Security Manager
- CIA - Certified Internal Auditor
Benefits and Perks:
- Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year
- This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions
