Job Description

This role involves the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of controls systems, including PLC programming, HMI development, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Utilize client quality check tools to validate standards execution, deploy standards on time, and participate in design reviews.
  • PLC Programming: Write and edit PLC programs, including I/O mapping, network diagnostics, conveyor control, routing, and tracking.
  • Field Debugging: Execute field debug of PLC programs, VFD parameter adjustment, HMI prove out, and wiring debug.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team to execute plans, forecast time/resources, and estimate experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Relevant bachelor's or associate degree in engineering or technology, or equivalent relevant work experience with a technical degree.
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience working for a systems integrator, with expertise in control panel and circuit design, non-standard designs, and system map layouts.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in RSLogix 5, 5000, RS Networx, DriveExecutive, DirveExplorer, PanelBuilder PDS, 1400e, 32, RSView Studio, and Factory Talk.
