**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced System Analysis Lead Principal Engineer to lead a team of system analysis engineers at TerraPower. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight and direction for analysis scopes.

  • Manage technical interfaces with other departments to ensure integration and collaboration.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks, providing technical direction and oversight.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety analysis and thermal loading specification.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Review and validate RELAP5-3D models for hydraulic analyses.
  • Check and review calculations using heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics to support analysis results.
  • Check and review analysis of reactor operations, events, and faulted events to establish design and service loadings.

**Requirements:**

  • M.S. or PhD in relevant engineering disciplines with at least 10 years of experience with RELAP5 code and safety analysis.
  • Strong thermal-hydraulic analytical skills with one dimensional hydraulic networks analysis background.
  • Familiarity with code V&V and regulatory guidelines.
