Job Overview

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Behavior Analyst Leader to join our team at Empower Workplace Corp.

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team of behavior analysts in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

About the Role

The Senior Behavior Analyst Leader will be responsible for supervising a team of behavior analysts, overseeing the development and implementation of treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

This is a full-time position, based in Bridgeville, PA, and requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of behavior analysts to ensure delivery of high-quality ABA services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data management
  • Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including client progress notes and treatment plan updates
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology or Education
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the BACB
  • Licensure as a Behavior Specialist, Psychologist, or Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Clearances required
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children with ASD and their families
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using technology, including electronic health records and software applications
