The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Charge Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, leading a team of nurses, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
- Current state registration or eligibility to do so.
- Current BLS for health care providers.
- Chemotherapy Certification by 12 months of hire.
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge and skills.
