Customer Experience Ambassador

Job SummaryThe Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Register and check out hotel guests efficiently and professionally
- Handle phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with hotel systems and operations is a plus
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.50-$21.63 based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
