Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Same Day Surgery unit in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring seamless care delivery and staff development. Your leadership will make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field is preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in perioperative or surgical services leadership.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
  • Certification in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR) is highly preferred.
