Compensation

Our Stylists and Cosmetologists in this market enjoy an average hourly rate of $29.25-$47.50, with opportunities for guaranteed hourly pay, service incentives, retail sales, tips, and bonuses based on sales performance.

Job Description

As a Hair Artist at Floyd's 99 Barbershop, you will be responsible for:

  • Fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere within the shop
  • Embracing our wow factors, such as hot lather neck shaves and shoulder massages, to enhance the client experience
  • Being a champion of inclusivity, ensuring every client feels welcome and valued
  • Engaging in ongoing education to maintain your craft and provide exceptional services
Requirements

To be successful as a Hair Artist, you must:

  • Hold an active Cosmetology License in the state where services are performed
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Show pride in your work and results
  • Demonstrate reliability, timeliness, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
