Selling & Customer Development

Effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and handle objections. Close calls with a clear commitment to action, driving changes in customer behavior.

Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise

Stay informed on market trends, gather and validate key dynamics, and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to uncover unique opportunities.

Reimbursement & Pharmaceutical Environment

Understand reimbursement dynamics, anticipate payer access issues, and effectively address them using Lundbeck resources.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
  • Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience within a specialty product sales force
  • Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience
  • Documented successful sales performance
  • Experience in product launches and working with alliance partners
