Psychiatry Account Manager

Leverage digital tools and data-driven insights to create opportunities, develop strategy, and allocate resources to drive sales performance. Monitor progress and adjust direction to maximize sales results.
Selling & Customer DevelopmentEffectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and handle objections. Close calls with a clear commitment to action, driving changes in customer behavior.
Local Market & Therapeutic Area ExpertiseStay informed on market trends, gather and validate key dynamics, and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to uncover unique opportunities.
Reimbursement & Pharmaceutical EnvironmentUnderstand reimbursement dynamics, anticipate payer access issues, and effectively address them using Lundbeck resources.
Requirements- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
- Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Previous experience within a specialty product sales force
- Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience
- Documented successful sales performance
- Experience in product launches and working with alliance partners
