As a Senior Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading all activities on assigned shifts, working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules. You will also be responsible for:
">- Continuous Improvement by adopting an owner's mindset and implementing strategies like 5S, RCA, and LEAN to drive excellence.
- Direction and Servant Leadership by providing guidance, support, and direction to your team of operators, promoting a culture of accountability and execution.
- Safety First by prioritizing safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to our company values.
- The ability to work a full shift, being punctual, and availability to work overtime as needed to meet job requirements.
- Ability to work off-shift as required.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess:
">- A High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical supervisory role.
- Proven knowledge of leading safety and/or quality programs & processes.
- Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing setting.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
We prefer candidates with experience in Metal Manufacturing Industry, Union Experience, strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP. A BS/BA and significant related experience would be beneficial but not mandatory.
