Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Kern Medical. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of their communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to improve patient communication skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Speech Pathologist issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
