Maine Medical Partners is a leading healthcare organization in Maine and New Hampshire. We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our ambulatory care team.
About the RoleThe Licensed Practical Nurse - Ambulatory Care role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the ambulatory setting. You will work closely with physicians, advanced practice practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform duties within scope of nursing practice related to patient care
- Participate in patient and family teaching
- Work cooperatively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current BLS certification or must obtain within 30 days of start date
- One year of LPN experience preferred
