About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the healthcare talent solutions space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to exceed targets, managing the full sales cycle, and tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, manage the full sales cycle, and track performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, serve as the lead contact, and propose new sales tactics to engage leads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, deliver presentations, attend conferences, and utilize CRM tools for client management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record at fast-growing startups.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Data-driven mindset, a continuous test + iterate mentality.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools such as Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data Enrichment tools etc.
  • Exceptional networker with a track record of using conferences and industry events to build relationships that drive sales.
  • Ability to travel frequently to attend conferences and meet with clients in person.
