Business Development Strategist for Healthcare Talent Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the healthcare talent solutions space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to exceed targets, managing the full sales cycle, and tracking performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets, manage the full sales cycle, and track performance metrics.
- Build and maintain client relationships, serve as the lead contact, and propose new sales tactics to engage leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, deliver presentations, attend conferences, and utilize CRM tools for client management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record at fast-growing startups.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Data-driven mindset, a continuous test + iterate mentality.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools such as Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Data Enrichment tools etc.
- Exceptional networker with a track record of using conferences and industry events to build relationships that drive sales.
- Ability to travel frequently to attend conferences and meet with clients in person.
