Job Title: Kitchen Associate

As a member of our culinary team at Holiday by Atria, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a skilled Kitchen Associate to join our team.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $18.50 per hour, based on your skills and experience.

About the Job

As a Kitchen Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation and presentation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of meals.
  • Maintain kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptied.
  • Assist cooks as requested.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in a clean and sanitary manner.
  • Adhere to standard food safety practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You must also have a Food Handlers Permit and ServSafe certification, as required by local regulations.

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Food Handlers Permit.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Able to follow recipes and production guides.
  • Knowledge of food handling, preparation, cooking, and service.
