Job Overview

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians, and recording clinical and progress notes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice, following all applicable infection control procedures
  • Documenting patient visits thoroughly and completely, per regulatory and payer requirements
  • Actively participating in the agency's care coordination process, including timely reporting of patients' needs and changes in condition
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have current LPN licensure in the state of Arkansas, as well as a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Previous experience in home care is preferred, but not required. Current CPR certification is also necessary.
