About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to lead our team in home care settings. As a CHHA Therapy Supervisor, you will oversee and guide a team of Physical and Occupational Therapists, ensuring top-notch patient care and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient admissions, determine appropriate therapy amounts, and ensure therapists deliver correct services based on fee-for-service allowances.
- Review case notes for accuracy and compliance, and go into the field to see patients as needed.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills to drive exceptional patient outcomes.
- Review documentation for timely billing, maintaining attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (preferred) or Occupational Therapist with proven experience in CHHA home care.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
Salary and Benefits:
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
