About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery of Terminix products to valued customers.

As a Pest Control Specialist, you will work independently and as part of a team to deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Responsibilities
  • Verify job specifications for each work order to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare job sites for treatment, applying anti-terminate treatments according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
  • Interact with customers, explaining services provided and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
  • Complete production forms documenting services provided, maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license
  • Prior industry experience is beneficial, but not necessary; we value self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to present information effectively to customers one-on-one and in small groups
  • Detailed orientation and understanding of the importance of safety protocols
  • Basic math skills, necessary for calculations related to service provision
  • Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics
  • No facial hair, due to safety requirements
