"> As an Elevator Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the operation and maintenance of our grain elevator system. These tasks may include:

• Loading and unloading trucks or railcars;
• Operating a grain dryer;
• Performing grain handling tasks;
• Operating wheel loaders, forklifts, skid steers, and similar equipment;
• Utilizing computerized systems to process data;
• Assisting operations personnel and supervisors as needed;
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

"> To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Commitment to achieving a zero-injury culture;
• Understanding and adherence to company safety procedures;
• High school education or equivalent preferred;
• Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 55 lbs.;
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed;
• Demonstrated initiative to work independently and flexibility to work in a team setting when needed.
