About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Lexington, Kentucky. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Job DescriptionThis CRNA position involves providing anesthesia care for patients undergoing various surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical procedures, including orthopedic, vascular, and neurosurgical cases
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop anesthesia plans, and implement anesthesia care
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia care as needed
- Document patient care and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and standards
- Current CRNA licensure in the state of Kentucky
- Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma Center or similar setting
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
