About the Role:

The Geriatric Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to geriatric populations in skilled nursing homes. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary, which is dependent on experience.

  • Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information on underlying infections or abnormalities.">

Requirements:

  • Current New York License as a Nurse Practitioner.">
  • National Board Certification.">
  • American Association of Nurse Practitioners membership.">
  • American Nurses Credentialing Center certification.">
  • EMR/EHR experience.">
  • Skilled nursing home experience.">

Work Environment:

This position requires working in an in-person setting, primarily in long-term care facilities and nursing homes. The standard shift is day shift, with supplemental pay types including quarterly and yearly bonuses, as well as on-call responsibilities. The estimated annual salary for this role is $115,000-$130,000, depending on experience.
