Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Aerotek in Shelby Township, Michigan. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and repair, with experience troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment. They will work closely with our production team to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure equipment uptime through timely troubleshooting and repair
  • Perform in-depth analysis and repair of all production equipment, including injection molders, blow molders, and conveyors
  • Troubleshoot and repair facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers and air compressors
  • General maintenance of the plant and surrounding areas
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Benefits and Salary

The salary range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
