Safety Coordinator Job Description

Rudolph Foods is seeking a highly skilled Safety Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety plans to minimize workplace hazards
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and protocols
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of safety procedures, accidents, and incidents

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; OSHA 30 hours certification preferred
  • 6 years of experience in food production and EHS; bilingual Spanish skills required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment

Benefits:

Work Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift; Monday to Friday
