Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Southern New Hampshire & Maine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on insurance reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project scope, estimate, and budgets in collaboration with division and general managers.
  • Work directly with customers to effectively manage repairs to their homes and/or properties.
  • Communicate with insurance company adjusters, independent adjusters, public adjusters, and other industry professionals to agree on project scope and cost.
  • Proactively communicate project statuses, subcontractor performance, and supplements to division and general managers.
  • Assist with the management and allocation of in-house staffing resources and subcontractor resources to complete projects on time.
  • Oversee job progress and communicate potential problems or issues to management.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the restoration or related industry is preferred.
  • A thorough knowledge of the insurance restoration process is preferred.
  • Strong Xactimate estimating experience is required.
  • Computer and internet skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary.
