Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Retail Leadership Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and control expenses to achieve budgeted targets.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to hourly associates to help them grow in their careers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Sales Volume Category (SVC) bonuses based on location and facility sales volume.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' college education or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience or 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities that sell firearms.
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
