Job Overview

At Goldfish Swim School - Cary, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, assisting with class scheduling and billing, and working in a sales capacity to sell new memberships.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Ability to work with children
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Must pass background examinations prior to training
  • Lifeguard certification required; can be completed through our facility
  • Willingness for cross-training as a swim instructor - must have at least one shift per week in-water
