Electrophysiology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at Uniti Med for a 13-week travel assignment in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
About the JobThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced technician to work in a dynamic environment and expand their skills. As an Electrophysiology Technician with Uniti Med, you will be responsible for assisting physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain equipment, instruments, and supplies as needed
- Assist physicians and other medical staff during procedures, including cardioversion, defibrillation, and pacemaker implantation
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless workflow and efficient care delivery
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong foundation in electrophysiology principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to unit and hospital policies
- Current certification as an Electrocardiograph (ECG) technician or equivalent experience
