We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness Program Coordinator to join our team at LADGOV CORPORATION. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fitness and have experience in teaching various exercise classes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-energy fitness classes, including aerobics, Zumba, yoga, TRX, and spinning. You will work closely with the Dyess AFB Fitness Center Management to develop and schedule classes that cater to diverse interests and fitness levels.

You will also be expected to maintain currency of certifications for any specialty fitness class you teach and possess a group exercise certification from an accredited organization. Additionally, you must have at least three years of fitness teaching experience and be able to mentor new instructors on safety guidelines and methods of instruction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a variety of fitness classes as scheduled by the management team, including aerobic exercises, dance-based workouts, and strength training sessions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, wear conservative clothing, and be easily recognizable during classes.
  • Develop and implement safe and engaging workout plans that cater to different fitness levels and interests.
  • Promote a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging participants to push themselves while minimizing the risk of injury.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience in fitness instruction, with a proven track record of delivering effective and engaging workout sessions.
  • Certification in group exercise or a related field, such as personal training or coaching.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with participants, demonstrating empathy and patience when needed.
  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring timely preparation and setup for classes.
What We Offer

LADGOV CORPORATION offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
