Job Description

At Florida National University, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Simulation Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating simulation training programs, ensuring that our students receive the best possible education in a realistic and immersive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement simulation training programs for nursing students
  • Coordinate logistics for simulation events, including equipment setup and scheduling
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure that simulation programs meet educational objectives
  • Monitor and maintain simulation equipment and supplies
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for simulation center operations

Requirements:

  • MSN required; Doctorate preferred
  • Previous experience in simulation lab preferred and 1+ of teaching experience
  • Working knowledge of computer software, used in support of teaching in a clinical setting
  • Experience working with a variety of training equipment and technology used for nursing education
