Server Representative

Main Event Entertainment seeks a Server Representative to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch service, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable time.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at all times
• Welcome and greet guests with a smile, showcasing the Main Event Entertainment experience
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy to meet guest expectations
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, anticipating guest needs to create memorable experiences
• Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Process payment transactions and welcome repeat guests

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Maintain a guest-focused mindset and provide excellent communication with management, team members, and guests
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
