About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team at Methodist Health System. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our anesthesia supply inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized anesthesia supply inventory, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available for patient care.
  • Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and replacement of anesthesia equipment and supplies, working closely with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and other hospital employees to promote a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with MHD guidelines, Infection Control guidelines, and MHD safety guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Understanding of MHD guidelines, Infection Control guidelines, and MHD safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
