Job Summary
GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facility services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Stripping, waxing, and buffing floors to a high shine
• General carpet cleaning and extraction
• Other cleaning duties as needed

Requirements
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience with floor care equipment and cleaning solutions preferred
