* Demonstrate advanced organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and demands in a fast-paced environment.

* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Three years of clerical and administrative work-related experience, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.

* High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Advanced proficiency in the use of computers, including word processing, presentations, database management, and spreadsheet applications.

* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

* Excellent typing skills (50-60 wpm).
