Job SummaryAs the Office Manager at MD Counseling Services LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing office systems, supervising receptionist staff, and providing historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. You will also be responsible for maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Additionally, you will design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments. Your role will also involve completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, and keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports. Furthermore, you will maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, and maintaining office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. You will also contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and collaborate with the Marketing department to manage social media. Key Responsibilities
