About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Full Stack Engineering and Architecture to lead our team in designing and implementing enterprise data management systems. As a key member of our Ratings division, you will be responsible for analyzing, architecting, designing, developing, and supporting our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, architecture, design, development, and support of enterprise data management systems.
  • Collaborate with global agile scrum teams to operate enterprise data platforms.
  • Influence the strategy and align the roadmap of our enterprise data applications and drive the execution of initiatives.
  • Partner with other architects, engineering teams, and Product owners to achieve business and technology goals.
  • Provide technical oversight on implementation of new features and iterations of core products.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 8+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience contributing to data/application architecture & designs, proven software/enterprise integration design patterns, and full-stack knowledge.
  • Deep experience with Java/J2EE, AWS, Distributed data processing framework, Python, Scala, Informatica, PL/SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Data stream processing tools, Informatica, MongoDB, Angular/ReactJS, Databricks, and Cloud-native orchestration tools.
  • Experience with Continuous integration, dev-ops, and deployment with tools like Azure DevOps ADO.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing scalable data pipeline using technologies like Data stream processing tools, Databricks, Distributed data processing framework, and Scala applying ETL and ELT concepts.
  • Experience in microservices and API design and implementation, SOAP and RESTful APIs for data management applications.
  • Experience with Data Management, Data Security, Data Quality, Data Governance.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile approaches to software development and able to put key Agile principles into practice to deliver solutions incrementally.
