About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planner to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for managing the financial trajectory of our company, providing strategic insights, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in FP&A leadership, with excellent leadership skills and technical knowledge of financial modeling, analytics, and consolidation essentials. You will be able to work effectively in a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets and long-term plans for our global operations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to executive committees, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead financial presentations to investors, group, banks, and other external parties.
  • Manage financial control of headquarters costs worldwide.
  • Implement cost allocation system updates and perform impairment tests.

Requirements

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A leadership.
  • Excellent leadership skills and good technical skills to support the team.
  • Able to cut through complexity, see the big picture, and make decisions that align with the company's long-term goals and global strategy.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to adjust to different cultural norms.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated to be around $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits program, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
