Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Specialist to join our team at Regal Medical Group. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform system maintenance functions to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data entry of claims system support tables and other areas that require ongoing attention.
  • Proficient in multiple areas of data management, including fee sets, benefits, eligibility, contracts, provider setup, and vendor management.
  • Audit data for integrity and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction-focused service mentality to build strong relationships with Heritage Provider Network and other Regal Medical Group stakeholders.
  • Verify TINs or Providers via CDB access database and confirm contracted status via email with assigned Network Manager.
  • Loading non-contracted providers as per U&C standard rates and validating Individual and Group NPIs via NPI Registry.
  • Facility reciprocity contract work on a daily basis, identifying high-volume non-contracted providers, and completing required worksheets in all databases (LMG, GCMG, and RMG).
  • Attend administrative meetings and provide training to other staff members in data management.
  • Assist with other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a medical office or related field, including customer service duties.
  • The ability to deal responsibly with confidential matters and prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
