We're seeking a Part-Time TV Content Management Specialist to join our Product and Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will support Canvs' TV content management efforts, curating and organizing thousands of records related to television programs. This role involves supporting quality assurance for our trusted Canvs TV product, which has been adopted by major networks and streaming platforms in the US for over a decade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage content intake of 2500+ television and streaming programs
  • Maintain and review lists of upcoming releases and premieres to be tracked in Canvs TV
  • Develop and execute boolean search queries that collect relevant data for TV programs
  • Facilitate recordkeeping and implementation of TV programs in Canvs TV
  • Support high-profile projects like special TV events and tentpole events (e.g., Super Bowl, Academy Awards)
  • Work efficiently, adapt to uncertainty, and navigate changing priorities

About You:

  • You are organized, deadline-driven, and possess excellent communication skills
  • You are highly autonomous with meticulous attention to detail
  • You are curious about AI and eager to apply it to your daily tasks
  • You are familiar with G Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and Excel
  • Familiarity with boolean search queries is a plus
  • You have a passion for pop culture, TV, streaming, and entertainment
