About Our Opportunity
Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a leading lemon law firm seeking an experienced Senior Case Supervisor to join our team in Los Angeles. This full-time, non-exempt position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service through exceptional communication skills.
  • Develop and learn specific sales skills and tactics to sell services and close leads.
  • Educate potential clients on our services and benefits using proprietary training and product knowledge.
  • Understand, identify, and assuage pain points while communicating effectively with potential clients.
  • Be proactive in answering client questions and concerns as they arise.
  • Foster a growth mindset and creatively problem-solve obstacles while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Maintain data accuracy by documenting client information within CRM platforms.
  • Work with management to suggest new processes and refine existing ones.
  • Prioritize workload based on business objectives and established goals.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in lemon law intake or a related field.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, including professional responses and de-escalation techniques.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to close leads within a set timeframe.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus (Spanish).

Compensation:We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 15 paid holidays, 401K match, hybrid schedule, health, dental, and vision insurance, and more.
