Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Uncle Julio's. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and Seat Guests: Provide timely and friendly hospitality to our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
2. Take Orders: Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
3. Serve Food and Beverages: Promptly and accurately serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
4. Anticipate Guest Needs: Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, inquiries, and special requests.
5. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations.
6. Cash Handling: Handle cash and process payments accurately, following all cash handling procedures.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including kitchen staff and bartenders, to ensure smooth service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have prior restaurant experience, preferably as a server/waiter/waitress. You must also possess strong communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
